RETURN POLICY

Return Guidelines :

1.In the event that your goods is delivered broken, flawed, inaccurate, or incomplete, please use the Sauravi website or App to initiate a return request.
For Sauravi items, requests must be made within 15 days of the delivery date; for non-Sauravi items, they must be made within 7 days.
Every Sauravi’s item is 100% authentic .
Note: Groceries and Digital Goods are excluded from Return.
2.If you have any questions about faults with mobile phones or electrical appliances after using them or beyond the return policy term,
please see if the device is covered by a seller or brand guarantee. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for further details
regarding warranty claims.
3.We allow a change of mind for a few categories. For further details, please see the section on Return Policy per Category below.
4.Your goods is covered under a four to six month warranty for purchases made through Sauravi Tasted . For a complete list of terms and conditions,
see the Sauravi Tasted Please refer to Sauravi Tased Warranty Policy and Warranty Policy for complete Terms and Conditions.

Valid Reasons to return an item

1.The delivered product is either defective (e.g., not able to turn on) or damaged (e.g., physically destroyed or broken).
2.The product was delivered partially—that is, with some parts and/or accessories missing.
3.Product delivered is inaccurate (e.g., incorrect product, size, colour, fake item, or expired)
4.The product that was delivered did not look or feel like the one that was advertised.
5.The delivered item is not fitting. (Or, size is inappropriate) or Miss-sized.

Returns Policy per Category

Please be aware that some products are not returnable if they are indicated as such on the product page.

Accessories for Mobile & Tablets, Batteries & Chargers, Headsets & Earphones,
and Phones Returns and refunds are not accepted for changes of mind.
Depending on Sauravi’s evaluation,
a refund will be given if the item is partial, incorrect, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
Note: Used products cannot be returned to us. If your cell phone is dead when it arrives (i.e., doesn't turn on at all),
you can submit a return request straight to Sauravi. For information about the manufacturer's warranty
if the mobile phone has already been activated*, please get in touch with the seller or brand warranty provider immediately.
A mobile phone is deemed operational after a SIM card is placed or after it is Wi-Fi linked to the internet. through Wi-Fi.

Refunds and returns are not available for changes of mind.
Refunds will be given in accordance with Sauravi's evaluation if the item is damaged, defective, wrong,
or incomplete when it is delivered and does not function at all.
According to the information on the product page, a three to six month warranty is offered for all Sauravi tasted items.
For returns and refunds, please use the Sauravi Customer Service feature (available on the Web).
2.Sauravi’s Tatsed are not eligible for returns or refunds.
In the event that the item is delivered broken, defective, incorrect, or incomplete and does not function at all,
refunds will be issued in line with Sauravi's assessment. Three to six months of warranty protection are included with every Sauravi's Tatsted item.
Every Sauravi'sTasted product functions well. There can be a few minor cosmetic errors.
These items need to be protected from falling objects, dust, liquid and/or water damage, overheating from excessive use, and overcharging.
Sauravi's maintains the discretion to accept or reject warranty claims on an individual basis.
Moreover, Sauravi's maintains the right to modify the terms and circumstances of the Sauravi'sTasted Warranty
at any time and without previous notice.

3.Fashion
Shoes, accessories, apparel, sunglasses, and clothing :Returns and refunds are accepted for change of Mind (not applicable to non-Sauravi's items shipped from abroad).
Depending on Sauravi's evaluation, a refund will be given if the item is partial, incorrect, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
Items need to be in original tags, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged. Any used items will be refused and sent back to the buyers.
Accessories: purses, watches, jewellery, eyewear, and intimate apparel for women and men.
Refunds and returns are not available for Change of mind.
Depending on Sauravi's evaluation, a refund will be given if the item is partial, incorrect, damaged,
or defective upon delivery. Items need to be in original tags, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged.
Any used items will be refused and sent back to the buyers.
All custom-made items and fine jewellery (such as gold, diamonds, and stones) are not returnable.
4.Beauty & Health
Makeup, Fragrance, Moisturizers, Creams, Scrubs, Oils, Bath & Body Accessories, Personal Care & Health,
Sexual Wellness, Shape wear, Food Supplements: Change of mind is not applicable for return and refund.
Depending on Sauravi's evaluation, a refund will be given if the item is partial, incorrect, damaged, or defective upon delivery.

Components, Processors, Projectors, Storage, Printers, Scanners, Headphones, Speakers,
Consoles & PC / Video Games, Gaming Consoles & Accessories, Software CDs, Certified Refurbished Laptops

Refunds and returns are not available for Change of mind.

Note: Used products cannot be returned to us.
Sauravi will only accept returns for laptops with brand warranties if the item is dead upon arrival (that is, does not turn on at all).
For information about the manufacturer's warranty, please get in touch with the seller or brand warranty
provider immediately after the brand seal has been opened or removed.
All software goods that have a return policy stated on their product details page are non-returnable items.

6.TVs, Audios & Cameras
TVs, headphones, speakers, lenses, flashes, filters, cameras, and drones Video glasses, remote controls, musical instruments,
portable players, audio and entertainment equipment, microphones, and other accessories Refunds and returns are not available for Change of mind.

Home Décor, Home Improvements, Lawn & Garden, Other Accessories,
Bedding & Bath, Furniture & Lighting, Kitchen & Dining Refunds and returns are not available for Change of mind.

Clothes, Accessories, Footwear, and Sunglasses Refunds and exchanges are accepted for Change of mind (not including non-Sauravi'sitems that are transported from abroad).

Sports watches, bags and luggage, dance and gymnastics, team and racket sports, exercise and fitness,

Snacks, Meat & Seafood, Fruits & Vegetables, Bakery, Beverages, Baking & Cooking, Cigars & Cigarettes,
Dairy, Packaged Foods, Party Accessories Refunds and returns are not available for Change of mind.
A refund will be given in accordance with Sauravi's evaluation if the item is incomplete,
inaccurate, damaged, or expired when it is received.
11.Digital Goods : Non-returnable

Stationery & Books Refunds and returns are not available for Change of mind.
Depending on Sauravi's evaluation, a refund will be given if the item is partial,
incorrect, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
Pet Provisions: Refunds and returns are not available for Change of mind.
A refund will be given in accordance with Sauravi's evaluation if the item is incomplete, inaccurate, damaged, or expired when it is received. Accessories for Cars and Motorcycles, among Others: Refunds and returns are not available for Change of mind.
Depending on Sauravi's evaluation, a refund will be given if the item is partial, incorrect, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
Items that cannot be returned include installation services and any kind of vehicle, including cars and bikes.
Industrial and Medical Equipment: Refunds and returns are not available for Change of mind.

Tools, DIY & Outdoor: Change of mind is not applicable for return and refund.
If the item received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, a refund will be issued based on Sauravi's assessment.
Cleaning & Laundry: Refunds and returns are not available for Change of mind.

Rules Regarding Returns: Terms & Conditions :
The item ought to be undamaged, unworn, unwashed, and flawless.
When it comes to fashion items, one can try them on to make sure they fit.
This will continue to be regarded as unworn.
Original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, invoices, and accessories must all be present with the goods.
The item needs to be returned in its original, untouched manufacturer's box or packaging.
The goods must be returned in the original Sauravibox or packaging if it was sent in any of them.
Avoid sticking tape or stickers straight onto the box or packaging from the manufacturer.
NOTE: To prevent any annoyance or delays in the return process, it is crucial that the Order Number
and Return Tracking Number are clearly visible on your return package.
We reserve the right to deny any refund requests if the returned item does not match the aforementioned standards.
Note: The item will be returned to you within 6–8 days if your return request is denied.
After three (3) unsuccessful delivery attempts, item will be consigned to scrap; reimbursement will not be provided.
